unless they just came up with some new inks, there is NO such thing as shiny blue ink...its the highlights artists use with different shades of blues and whites to make it look shiny...unless youre talking about uv tattoos

i think first tattoo should be on the arm. plus i heard the stomach is a spot that hurts pretty good. if you get it on your arm and you like tattoos youll want the big canvas empty for a big one
