Even if they end up sending in the DEA to bust state legal recreational sales, not sending in the DEA to bust medical dispensaries is a huge step forward, and I suspect they will not send the DEA to bust state legal sales either. They might talk some more $hit, but words don't mean much.
There were more DEA raids on medical dispensaries under Obama than under Bush and Clinton and Obama supports legalization and was a flat out pothead when he was young. How does this make any sense?
