Does anyone have paranormal experiences or encounters? Anyone here from Paranormal Survivors, Ghost Hunters, etc?
I never had experiences but I would like to hear yours if you feel comfortable to let it all out of your system. Give me details if you wanna message privately.

Answers about our personal experiences invite skepticism, which is only natural. We have no way to verify our reports.
Instead, I'll show you these statistics, compiled by Pew Research. They say 18% of Americans report having seen a ghost and 29%.have "felt in touch with someone who has already died."
I used to talk with the Ghost Hunters Taps crew on their website, and was a member of Scottish Paranormal for a while. I suggest you find the websites of some teams and join in the chat nights.
I have seen and experienced a fair bit, and enjoy the research after to pin down the reason for the sightings.
Some were in great detail, others fleeting or abstract. By abstract I mean things like seeing feet that aren't connected to anything. One of my latest sightings was this as it was just the feet of Victorian girls wearing boots seen on a staircase. Research on that revealed that it was a finishing school for girls in that time -but the building was unlikely for a school.
Most sightings are full, and contain unlikely elements. A man I saw crushed to death by falling black timbers in a shop basement turned out to be a workman killed in the 60's when the building suffered a fire. He was a workman clearing up after the fire and moved a roof support in the basement, causing the upper floors to collapse onto him. The fact I saw the timbers were blackened shows it was after the fire.
My best sighting so far was a dentist at work in 1850. I was drinking a coffee at the time, and there he was, pulling teeth and operating on people as a surgeon - all the time while they were screaming their heads off, but restrained by leather straps and a large gentleman behind the heavy chair bolted to the floor. This was proven when I found the tax record for the building for 1850, and the postal directory for that date, as it listed the premises as the workplace for a surgeon-dentist. I also found that anaesthetics were not available at this date in the UK. I found the man went to Boston America where a new anaesthetic was being demonstrated (Ether) and he made his life there. I even contacted his living relatives with a photo of his premises- which they loved!
Lots of other experiences - poltergeists, talkative spirits, animals, children, from only a few months dead back to the bronze age. Contact me if you want details for research yourself.
This happened back in 1971 in 29 Palms California. This is the story that was never released, all who know the truth under threat of imprisonment. I owe it to my friend's family, they need to know what happened to him. Back them 29 Palms was not the large Marine Corps base it is now. It was pretty much a few buildings an Artillery range and little else. This is somewhat true and can be backed up with historical records. Many of us suffered from unexplained bleeding, my pillow every morming would be saturated with blood. Many of us had unexplained blood flow from noses and ears. We heard the blood flow was caused by radiation from recent UFO sightings. The Corpsmen said the high desert with its dry air was the problem, and I hoped that was true, then I heard about, the Yucca Man. We heard at first a few stories of strange sounds from the darkness at night. One night a guard at the rifle range was brought back with a concussion. He swore a hairy giant had come out of the shadows and attacked him. Being young and skeptical, we scoffed at the story. Why had he not fired his weapon after all? The next night, guess who was on duty at the rifle range? It was me and my buddy L/Cpl Hernandez. At first, Hernandez and I, both spooked by the night before, joked about our being alone on the moonless High Desert. Joshua trees are surreal in darkness and it gets very cold We laughed about spooks and spacemen, trying to not act nervous. Suddenly came an eerie swishing sound, hairs stood up on the back of my neck. Then a siren-like call from the darkness. I chambered a round, and told Julio to do the same. Hernandez for some reason stopped talking to me, his eyes became blank and he stumbled off into the darkness. Unwilling to leave my post, I fixed a bayonet on my M14 and called out to my friend. Hearing a growl from the darkness, I called out again. Still nothing, I reached for the radio and got only static. If you've ever been alone on the desert at night you know what I mean, I remained there in complete silence, awaiting some sign of Hernandez. I was relieved a few minutes before sun up and grilled by the Sergeant of the Guard. At daylight, lying a few yards from us, we found Hernandez's M14, it's barrel bent into figure 8. Around it 30 inch three toed footprints that led into my area, but not out. Hernandez was never found and the fact I was suspected of being complicit in his disappearance still bothers me. I have no doubt The Yucca man is a visitor from another planet or dimension and Hernandez a prisoner in another world.http://www.thepalmspringslocal.com/index.php/6-general/featured/171-the-myth-of-yucca-man
Well, there was this one time I was with 3 other friends and our dog, and we were all in the van on a road trip. Our van broke down in front of this abandoned amusement park. We decided to go exploring and we ran into the proprietor who complained that ghosts had scared all his customers away and that he was going to lose the park. We wanted to help him solve this mystery, so we started investigating. We ran around a lot and got chased by pirate ghosts, but as it turns out the ghosts were just Old Man Withers with a flashlight and a tape recorder. He was the proprietor's old business partner and just wanted to buy the property for cheap by scaring the customers away. And he would have gotten away with it too, if it weren't for us meddling kids. Anyway, Old Man Withers was arrested and the amusement park went back into business. The proprietor rewarded us with big hoagie sandwiches and free passes to the park. And that's my story, believe it or not.
