Where can I get a copy of the prayers that are said at Catholic funerals, so I can learn them?

You don't need to. Just about all funerals these days have a program with the order of service including any prayers and hymns. There are two different Catholic funeral services. Most will have a Requiem mass but some, like one I went to last week, will have a service without the Mass. There is another short service for the graveside and the interment.
