She could have been on her period and was leaking blood, but if you encountered some resistance when fingering you may wall have penetrated through her hymen and tore it-- that can cause bleeding. A virgin is a girl with an intact hymen, by definition. If you have torn her vagina then yeah, she may well be considered non-virgin.
