I have been into movies and tv shows and I'm wondering how can I learn more about film making and movies and tv shows? Should I watch more behind the scenes and study the actors and actresses that are in films I'm into?

Studying actors? What would that achieve?
Unless you know what you want to get out of learning more, there's no way to tell you how to go about it.
