I have been into movies and tv shows and I'm wondering how can I learn more about film making and movies and tv shows? Should I watch more behind the scenes and study the actors and actresses that are in films I'm into?

To what purpose? To work in that field? Just for fun?
The 'behind the scenes' clips you can see are carefully picked for publicity reasons - they are NOT typical or average or even a rough guide to what it's really like.
Studying actors? What would that achieve?
Unless you know what you want to get out of learning more, there's no way to tell you how to go about it.
