can psychological ED cause no morning wood?

I am in my late twenties and recently my penis has been feeling very strange. I get erections time to time but they aren't as big or hard as they used to be. I am also noticing that I am not getting morning wood every morning like I used to. Also, before, I was able to physical pump my penis with my erectile muscles to get big but now I don't have that pumping feeling anymore. I am extremely concerned and none of my doctors are wanting to refer me to a specialist because they think I have "anxiety". I do not think this is the case because I am not anxious all the time. Yes, there are times I do stress about my health but why would that even be causing erection problems. Would psychological ED cause no morning wood? I can't seem to get it through these annoying doctors minds that no morning wood would be a sign of a PHYSICAL problem. The only thing they did was take a blood test for testosterone and my testosterone levels are fine. What else could be causing this at my age? I don't have diabetes or anything else like that.

Depends what is causing the "psychological" ED.
You need a shrink not a doctor.
Dopamine levels drop around 30. They can also be affected
by Depression, Anxiety, Stress and all the other mood killers.
How much sex do you have in your Life.
