I have never seen "long" ravioli or raviolo.
I would think if they were exceptionally long they would be difficult to cook without breaking up.
Traditionally large stuffed pasta would be Manicotti, cannelloni, shells.

Sure but it would be difficult to make it, let alone cook it.

Not really. Noodles that are long are another type like spaghetti, fettuccine, linguini...
