Is it healthier to eat waffles with butter syrup for breakfast or a baggle with cream cheese and strawberry jam?

How can i make either healthier?

Served this way they are roughly equal calories e.t.c.
Eat waffles with agave syrup [healthier than butter syrup / treacle]
Bagels with just jam [no butter or cream cheese] would be healthier.

Neither one is healthy. Too many carbs and sugar. A better bet would be oatmeal or other unsugared cereal or eggs or other protein source.

I'd eat that "baggle" with just a tiny schmear and then load it up with lox and onion with a tomato on the side.

Eat vegetables and fish instead of sugar and cheese.

Neither are healthy and are filled with simple carbs, sugar, and processed garbage. Have eggs, whole grain toast, and real butter if you want healthy.
