Is it healthier to eat waffles with butter syrup for breakfast or a baggle with cream cheese and strawberry jam?
How can i make either healthier?

it would depend on you sugar levels. None of those are what you would think of as healthy but would be OK on occasion if you eat truly healthy food like fresh vegetables and fruit more often.

Served this way they are roughly equal calories e.t.c.
Eat waffles with agave syrup [healthier than butter syrup / treacle]
Bagels with just jam [no butter or cream cheese] would be healthier.

Increase the protein asin cream cheese and lose the sugar as in the syrup and jam.

waffles are better carb-wise, with low sugar syrup.
get whole grain waffles (Kodiak) or bagels---put peanut or almond butte,r or fresh fruit on either.

Neither one is healthy. Too many carbs and sugar. A better bet would be oatmeal or other unsugared cereal or eggs or other protein source.

Waffles aren't healthy to begin with if they contain wheat flour and/or come from the frozen food department. syrup and jam contain sugar, which isn't healthy at all. The butter and cream cheese are ok.

I'd eat that "baggle" with just a tiny schmear and then load it up with lox and onion with a tomato on the side.
Eat vegetables and fish instead of sugar and cheese.

I don't know what a baggle is but the cream cheese and strawberry jam make it unhealthy. Neither of the options you mention is healthy

Neither are healthy and are filled with simple carbs, sugar, and processed garbage. Have eggs, whole grain toast, and real butter if you want healthy.
