I'm 48 and I still really like my husband. I'm still attracted to him, I still like spending time with him. From talking to most of my girlfriends, I don't get that they feel the same way. They prefer to vacation with their moms/sisters/girlfriends, they never spend time together when they're both home (one in the living room watching TV, the other in the bedroom playing on the computer). They never go to eat/movies/out for drinks just the two of them. Are some people truly happy like that?

how long have you been with your legal boyfriend a.k.a. "husband"? if you've been with him for decades then you're lucky you're still attracted to him. he's probably not some beta simp that lets people walk all over him and that includes you. he's probably attractive as well .... in addition to being financially stable. all that's important in order for a relationship to remain stable .... especially on the woman's part.
vacation with significant other is for romance. Once you get married and have kids, this becomes difficult....vacation with the friends/family is to rekindle those bonds...
Not all women are the same, some have no sex drive while others have a very good sex drive. It may not be what you do before you go to bed but what you do when you're in bed.
