It's possible he may have 4 businesses, although I'd believe that they're not very active or profitable. If he had a good strong business going he'd be busy with it. I've had two at the same time and was overly busy at times.

He could have purchased 4 business licenses and not ever pursued any or maybe one or so. Owning a business license means you have rights to pursue it eventhough one may never do anything with it.

ask what the businesses are, the websites, the locations, the building numbers.... see if he has ANY of that 🙄
