This guy told me he has 4 business, and he is 22 years old. Should I believe him? ?

He wants to talk with me, and he wants to get to know me, but I feel like he is lying to me.

Update:

And I am 28 years old. He told me he likes girls older then him, but I asked him how many business does he have, so he told me he has 4.

It's possible he may have 4 businesses, although I'd believe that they're not very active or profitable. If he had a good strong business going he'd be busy with it. I've had two at the same time and was overly busy at times.

Ask him to mind his own business if you feel he is lying .

could have inherited them from his parents

He could have purchased 4 business licenses and not ever pursued any or maybe one or so. Owning a business license means you have rights to pursue it eventhough one may never do anything with it.

He may or may not be lying.  I cannot tell.

If he has four businesses, it is unlikely that they amount to much ... or that they are all legal.

He may be exaggerating, or even lying, in an attempt to impress you .. hoping you are looking for a guy with money, and will have sex with him in an attempt to have sex with you.

A 22-year-guy is still in his peak years for sexual desire, so he is looking for sex. Some of them are ready to fall quickly "in love" and marry,  but this is out of neediness and neediness kills relationships.

Trust your gut instincts ... which ONLY operate when you are with someone in person.  So don't try to jump to any conclusions if you haven't met him in person.  But if something seems fishy, even in writing, it usually is.

The internet is a very poor way to meet someone.  Don't spend a lot of time "communicating" online, because you miss 90% of the subtle cues that allow us to understand sincerity, honesty ... even chemistry.  Best to either decide to meet in person in a public place (meet them there, stay in public, go home alone)  or to just not continue the online stuff with them.  Because the longer we think we are understanding them online, the more we substitute our wishful thinking and delusions for a reality we cannot hope to perceive unless together in person.

that's hilarious. he wants to manipulate you. don't let a kid do that. aren't you too old for him? find someone your own age to settle down with.

ask what the businesses are, the websites, the locations, the building numbers.... see if he has ANY of that 🙄

This does happen. It's rare but it is possible. Just get to know him. Be smart, don't go to his home on the first date. If you two end up liking each other, over time you'll see more of his life, and you'll see whether he was telling the truth or not.

No. Run the other way. Whether it’s true or not is irrelevant. He essentially called you a gold digger. Nobody who respects you would lead with “I own four businesses!” That’s how little he thinks of you. He’s a Douchebag.
