Good luck! You ain't gonna find one anywhere in the US that's for sure!
Since you are only going to practice in your own country, you must ensure any med school you attend is accepted to sit your country's medical exams. Also, if the course is not taught in the language of the country, you won't get the clinical rotations so essential to obtaining any post-degree internship or residency. To pass your country's medical exams, you really need to go to med school in your own country.
If you're already in Asia, med schools are generally cheaper then than anywhere else in the world. Want to try the Philippines? We have graduated doctors all around the world.
while there probably are such schools ... you have to be careful of their quality and which governments recognize their graduates as physicians. Example: I know of 'physicians' who went to schools in Latin America but could not get a license to practice in America, nor get an internship or residency here. Our government thought that poorly of their quality ...
Well, I wouldn't look to the U.S.! Tuition rates in the U.S. are amongst the highest in the world. Only a few U.S. medical schools have reduced tuition, and only a few of those will allow international students to take advantage of it.
And you would need a bachelor's degree (with a number of required classes) and to take the MCAT, before you are eligible to apply. You would have had to taken the MCAT no later than June to be eligible for this year's application cycle, so unless you've taken the MCAT already, you're looking at August 2022 enrollment in the U.S. as well (even assuming you have your bachelor's degree).
Your best bet might be a Caribbean medical school, for ease of entry, but they're not known for their low costs. They generally are filled with U.S. students who are unable to gain admission into U.S. medical schools (where the admissions rate is 7% on average), so they can basically charge whatever they want for tuition, and U.S. students will pay it.
