Why is cuban food relatively popular despite us having an embargo against Cuba ?
It seems like every major city has at least one Cuban restaurant, it's certainly a lot more popular than Puerto Rican food even though Puerto Rico is a U. S. Territory.

We are supposed to see China as an enemy, but every town has at least one Chinese restaurant. Granted, there are a few people who won't eat an ethnic cuisine because of the country it's from, but for most people, good food is good food, and they aren't stupid enough to think that eating food is somehow providing aid and comfort to an enemy.
