Spanish Flu (1918-1920) 670,000 dead.
Covid-19 (2019-2021) 420,000 so far.

no the measles nearly wiped out the native americans bought by the white man ..they bullets killed a few natives too . admit it your a violent race , first the indians , then the blacks and now shooting your own ..

You can't look a total numbers you must look at rates of death by total USA population. But yes it is bad - 
1861 was 31.4 million rate 1.97% (used 600k)
1917 was 103 million rate 116.5 killed .11%
1941 was  133.4 million   and 291K americans died. rate .256%
220 was 330 million rate of .126% so far.
