Q2 assuming a house has a minimum of 6 bills. why is it wrong to want a guy who can pay 3 of his own bills and I pay the other 3 for him on my own. Why do I have to help him pay half of all his bills.

If you are living together and agreed to split the living expenses ...Apparently he wants to split the cost of living by adding all the bills together and splitting the total cost of all bills in half. That creates an even 50/50 split.
If you do not want to split the cost of living with your boyfriend, then move out, get your own place and pay your own bills. If you don't live with him and are paying some of his bills, that is your stupidity, not his.

Relationships aren't always 50/50.
Depends on your individual relationship.. if you can afford it or if he's really being a sponge and draining you, can he afford his full share etc.If you have the higher income/work more and pay most of the bills, he should be picking up the slack and doing most of the household chores.
