I got doored while on my bicycle, drivers lawyer filed for motion to dissmiss how likely will his lie get my case dismissed?
He is stating that his uber passenger got out without his knowledge, he is lying because he told me different that day, I got broken ribs and spent a night in the hospital, I have spine damages also that cause numbness and back pain, my lawyer said he's fighhting it... id rather not go into detail about the case but for some of you losers who cant answer questions without being low life jerks just assume I was in the right away and riding legally the question is simple he is lying and his lawyer filed to dismiss... will the case get dismissed or is this just routine for lawyers and ill be ok...

You HAVE been getting straight answers. You just don't LIKE the answers you are getting. I will REPEAT. There is NO WAY you rode a bicycle into the door hard enough to sustain the injuries you claim. Even if that were possible, there is NO WAY you rode into the door without violating traffic laws. YOU are actually liable to THEM in your FICTIONAL scenario.
I'd suggest you read my answers the last two times you asked this. AGAIN, your attorney is best equipped to answer this. AND AGAIN, what does it matter what the uber driver has to say about anything? Your attorney undoubtedly sued both the driver and the passenger. What does it matter if the case is dismissed against one of them? Your level of disrespect and hostility toward the people you are asking about the accident is unwarranted. I have given you the LEGAL answer based on my education and experience. What exactly do you need me to say that will satisfy you?
EDIT: What "straight answers" do you want? Do you need me to tell you that people lie to avoid responsibility? Yes, people lie to avoid responsibility. Aside from taking the high moral ground, that has NOTHING to do with this accident. Two people sued, either one or both responsible. And you aren't hostile? This is your USUAL way of addressing people? "oh and donut tell me to ask my lawyer cause I already did iim asking here for a reason holy shittttttt whats is wrong with you ppl Updated 21 hours ago: ur a ***** not a narcissist, and miserable, 'No one but the attorneys involved and the Judge know if the Motion to Dismiss will be granted. One of those attorneys, by the way, was retained to represent YOU, and that attorney is more knowledgeable about the case than strangers on Yahoo. Does your attorney know you are asking this question on a public forum?' how ignorant can u be seriously??? the question is simple will that lie get him off scottt freee duhhhhhh u idiot!!! omgggg Updated 21 hours ago: do u not know what yahoo answers is for idiot.... literally there's a category for law questions...." . Any time you want to play "Who is an idiot and who is not and/or who is a narcissist and who is not and/or who is miserable and who is not?", just let me know. Incidentally, the word you keep misspelling is dismiss.
