...was because the pandemic slashed all demand as people started working from home and it's going up now because 1)states are opening up now and 2) because of the recent utility disaster in Texas, and that the increase has absolutely nothing to do with the Biden administration

Do you really believe that republicans are going to go through the trouble to find the real reason that gasoline is so expensive? Hell no. They'd rather blame Biden.
On Jan 1 2020 the average price of gas in the Oklahoma was 2.19 and in the us 2.59. We currently have a gas price in Oklahoma of 2.59 and the average in the US is 2.83. This is just the beginning of the price increases and they will get worse the more the Democrats push to punish oil producers while pushing the Green New Deal.

So cancelation of the XL Pipeline, halting drilling on Federal land, lack of new construction of refineries, endless regulation, forcing gas companies to make different blends, and causing Middle East instability has nothing to do with it?
