That would be a violation. YA is for QUESTIONS seeking useful information or to benefit from the experience of others. Post a link to an article (or copy pasting it) and then asking "thoughts" or "opinions" would be a chat violation.

If you want to discuss an article, feel free to post a link on your personal social media account, and then allow others to discuss as you choose.

No, most likely it would not be worth the effort since they would be posted in a violation form and just get removed. Why somebody does not start a Reddit thread is unknown.
