Does it sound like I'm being treated badly by my company or does it sound like its just not the best job?
Here are the facts:
-I've been at the company for almost 2 years and haven't received a raise or promotion -The company pays me less than the average salary for my degree. However, they seem to pay the market rate for the job title. -I would say I do more work than everyone else on the team in general. I'm on a team of 5. For example, there's clients that call our team and anyone on our team can answer them. I answer probably about 4/5 of the calls that come in. -About half of my team members are friends with each other. They always go to lunch together and leave me. There's another teammate on my team who they don't do things with though. -When I ask my manager for help on anything he gives very brief responses almost all the time. I somewhat feel like he trains me poorly on purpose.
The job is an entry level position if that means anything. The company doesn't have that great of a reputation. About half of my team has left over the past two years. Also, if you search for them on job sites they all have about 3 out of 5 stars.

Time to review your career progress. In summary, from the way your describe things, you have not made any progress from entry level in 2 years despite performing well in terms of responding to calls. Others have moved on- 50% suggests that the company doesn't invest in progressing employees within the company and these people have decided to look elsewhere. This may be the kind of job where the employer expects to have a rapid turn- around of staff, they expect there will be takers at entry level to replace them, and those in management are lacking in ambition/reward ( your manager doesn't seem to care) or if in a higher position are happy with the profit they make as directors.
You will not be able to make any significant career progress if you stay with this company. I think that you probably lack confidence and don't know how to move forward. Can you imagine where to look for better opportunities? Can you plan what you will say on your applications/CV/during an interview? Now is the time for you to do your research and planning, as at the moment, no-one knows anything about what you have to offer. A good first step is to prepare for competency-based questions, loads of information online. While you're still in your job, start preparing your competency answers by gathering evidence and examples. https://www.prospects.ac.uk/careers-advice/interview-tips/competency-based-interviews
It's really not possible to tell you if you're being treated badly. You have only given one side of the situation in your question. There are some things you mentioned which are not poor treatment and others which are only poor according to YOU--not necessarily actually poor. For instance, the way your team members treat each other and leave you out is not a condition of the JOB. It's a personal issue and doesn't have anything to do with your company. How much work you actually do--and how WELL you are doing it--is only partially alluded to--and you want us to take your word for the truth of it--but there's no way to judge the company based on that either. Your manager's abrupt answers to your questions is also a personal issue, not a work-related issue--you've been there two years, so asking for guidance from the manager is something that shows you either have an incomplete understanding of your job duties or you aren't getting something else.
There's really no way to tell if the company polices or procedures are at fault here. You reveal a lot about the way you think--but it's still not enough to make a decision or judgment based on your question and how it was stated.
There may also be a very good reason you haven't received a raise or promotion--and for that you will have to sit down with your manager and discuss those reasons. It might not be the company--it might be you--it might be them. There's no way for us to tell.
If you're not friends with them they're not going to ask you to go to lunch with them. At least you're not being harassed or bullied. Besides not getting a raise or promotion it's not that bad. At least you have a paying job. Maybe try to ask for a raise at least. If you think you're being treated badly, then start looking for another job.
You’re getting screwed. You’re supposed to get a raise every year to compensate for the cost of living. Your rent goes up yearly. Food goes up. Electricity goes up. Gas goes up. That’s why you get a raise every year to compensate for the price increase.
