Janet is pretty much spot on - also pancakes can be made with butternut squash puree as part of the ingredients adding lots of extra fiber and beta carotene. Toss up really.

Fried rice CAN be good for you if brown rice is used. Even healthier IF you put in LOTS of veggies.
Pancakes CAN be good for you if you use whole wheat flour and/or oat flour. Pancakes don't have veggies in them. And the butter and syrup that we usually put on pancakes are NOT good for you. So . not healthy.But if it is white rice and only little bits of veggies, fried rice isn't healthy either.
