Working in Film: PA to Producer. Should I quit?

I recently signed on for a PA position in Film, but then just got news that I made it to the 2nd round of interviews of a really important position that I really want. A real dream for me. I really want to leave for this promotion if I get the job, but I do not want to get black-balled. WWYD?

If you're going to be a producer lol then dont sweat the pa job. Kindly decline and say you are not interested in the job anymore. Is it official or a maybe? Worst thing you can do is quit the guaranteed job.
