Not really, no.  They could just refuse the accommodation and you could end up with no job.  If you cannot wear a mask due to a medical condition, then being out and exposing yourself to COVID is very, very foolish anyway.

Sure but states are very specific on what counts such as mental disability, inability to remove mask, inability to talk to have the mask removed by someone if they can’t remove it themselves.
