Problem with CTR+ALT+DEL..?

When I press CTR ALT DEL, I get a box with three graphs entitled Local Area Connection, Wireless Network Connection and Local Area Connection. There are no tabs, I have to press escape to make the box disappear.

How do I restore the original box that allows me to see the current processes?

    double click somewhere on the gray area.. like an empty space.

    you can cycle through the tabs by hitting CTRL+TAB, maybe that will help?
