Difficult question to answer since the 2006 episode would have been subtitled "Vince Young carries UT on his back to a National Championship". Honestly the man should stay in another year. If nothing else the prospect of being drafted by the 'Aints should scare him into another season at UT.

UT definatly stands a chance at a BCS bowl for the simple fact that the Big 12 stinks and they can easily get the automatic bid. A national championship might be stretching it though.

Vince Young's absence will certainly hurt their chances of preseason #1 ranking, but they should be at top ten. I predict Penn State, Ohio State, or West Virginia to be #1 starting next year.
