Which places don't require a blood test to get married? (Besides Las Vegas)?

I have a pretty severe medical phobia, and I would have to practically overdose on Xanax just to be able to get my blood drawn. I'd like to be able to get around that, if possible.

    I am not sure, but I don't think Illinois does anymore either-- I believe it is up to the couple to decide to do it.
