I own a 3 bedroom condo 2 baths in a 5 star resort. Be careful where you book your stay because that's how I bought a condo. The hotels were a bit cheaper but the rooms were not very accomodating and the amenities were non existent. A family has to spend a fortune just for rooms if they wanted to be comfortable. You can be very disappointed if the rooms are not of the quality that you are looking for. You also want to be sure that there is plenty of other things for the kids at the place you are planning to stay because if your visiting 1 theme park and staying for 4-7 days the kids will go stir crazy. I have a water slide in my resort which seems to be a big hit with the young and old. With regard to your question I can honestly tell you it all depends on the age of your children. Children 4-9 would be Disneyworld. Teenagers Would probably be Universal. If there is a great interest in animals try Animal Kingdom. Whatever you do don't stay in the park it will cost you a fortune not only the room costs but the food. Another reason I bought the condo to prepare many meals while guests are there further saving them money. If they have an imagination and are inquisitive, Epcot would be your choice. I wish you well in your choices and if you want to compare rates go to Disney's site and they will give you a vacation calculator just to have an idea on how much you will need if you stay with them. Good luck and have fun but be sure of where you are staying before you book. There are some wonderful places to stay outside of the theme parks that will save you hundreds.
