What's the greatest country in the world?

So I've lived in 4 countries - England, Ireland, Switzerland and the USA. From those 4 it would have to be Switzerland.

Why? - More advanced democratic model, the government works; High quality of life; Good and safe place to bring up a family; Low Tax; Low unemployment; High disposable income; Beautiful; Great Skiing; Diversity; Central location in Europe.

Why not Ireland and England? For me this is home, and there is so much that is right here, especially culturally, but the rain and high tax are the big issues.

Why not USA? Again a lot that is good and it is my current home, but high Tax; poor family life quality; absence of real culture; broken government system and education system would not allow it to make the top.

The United States of America.

We have the world's first and only true democracy. In this nation, personal rights and freedoms are first and foremost, and no politician has too much power that cannot be removed in a blink of an eye.

We do not censor our citizens like other "great nations" and we have numerous organizations devoted only to personal rights (ACLU, etc.)

We have very good education and our military is excellent. We have a two party system which allows for political unity, and there is nothing wrong with this country that what's right cannot fix. (those are in the words of someone else, I forget who)

The United States of America. For all of the problems we cause, the world still owes us a debt for WW I and WW II. We're the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave.

Earth

Mexico, because without its people, the United States would not survive..hence A day without a Mexican, a documentary.

India

because it is the largest democratic country with great and diversed culture.
