What is the single funniest scene in a movie you've ever seen?

This may not be my all-time funniest, but it's the one that comes to mind right now: The opening sequence of the first Ace Ventura Pet Detective movie, where's he's disguised as a UPS guy to rescue a kidnapped dog. When he abuses that package all the way to the guy's front door, I laugh until I cry.

When I saw Bruce Almighty at the theater I could hardly breathe during the scene when Steve Carell's character was not able to speak his lines during the newscast because Bruce was making him mess up! I have never laughed so hard!

The hardest I've ever laughed in a single scene--not a total movie, but a single scene--was the %th Element when Chris Tucker makes his first entrance and is acting as the talk-show dude, where he keeps stopping to whisper in the women's ears and they become paralyzed. I nearly died.

A close runner-up in the end of Shaun of the Dead where they show television in the post-Zombie age, with the game shows and talk shows and such.

I love the scene where Peter, Michael and Samir are beating the crap out of the fax machine in the Movie "Office Space"! Ace Ventura is a crack up also!

One of my favorite scenes is when that dead chihuahua popped out of that couch in the Spike Lee movie "Crooklyn". It was a wierd scene because it's really terrible to think of dog dying like that; still, when you see it, you can't help laughing. In the same movie there was also that scene of the weird guy who lived downstairs playing and singing his own version of Tom Jones's "It's Not Unusual" on his organ.

Kevin Smith's New Jersey Saga ("Clerks", "Mallrats", "Chasing Amy", "Dogma", and "Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back") are all fall-out-of-your-seat funny. There are just too many great scenes in all these movies

oh so many. I laughed really hard at the scene in "There's Something About Mary" when Matt Dillons character comes to pick Mary up for a date. The things he does to that dog while he is waiting for her. So funny!

On the movie 'Wedding Crashers' when Vince Vaun woke up and found out that the crazy red head chick had tied him to the bed and raped him. He went to sleep and woke up still tied to the bed and her gay brother was laying on top of him in his boxers about to have sex with him too. That was funny as s#@t.

I love the scene in Airplane! when Robert Hayes and Julie Haggerty are about to break into the disco dancing. He takes off his jacket, tosses it into the air, does his disco pose with his finger pointed into the air, and then his jacket gets tossed back into his face from off-stage.
