What's wrong with making an agreement with Mexico to allow their citizens to live and work legally in the US?

There is nothing wrong with it, it could easily be worked out. But racism won't allow it.

I am tired of hearing negativity about mexicans in the USA. I don't understand why the US doesn't make an agreement. I mean the US let's in Koreans, Japanese, Germans, Arabians, Iraqui' and many other races. Our biggest war threat is North Korea. The japanese bombed pearl harbor. Hitler was German. I could go on and on. I think the US should put a stop on letting people come into this country, I am not a racist but because we can only feed so many people, jobs can get scarce and we could get overpopulated.

But if the US continues to allow immigration, then by God, let the Mexicans in too just like all the others.

One of the reasons is that Mexico does not have a similar way in dealing with crime. If a Mexican citizen murders an American they will not extradite them because we have a death penalty.

We do have millions of Mexicans already doing that. And they have applied for Visas to do this. Or they apply for dual citizenships.

There is nothing wrong with, and America supports LEGAL immigration. The problem lies in the ILLEGAL immigration. The Mexican government is trying to force us to allow ALL immigration, legal and illegal, and our economic base can't support it.

Reading through the answers to your post, I found the true answer, many Americans seem to not like mexicans, in addition to this, many are unfortunately very ignorant. God help US!

Absolutely nothing, it's a good idea actually because most immigrants from Latin-America just wat to make a lump sum of money and go back home anyway.So I really don't understand this anti-immigrant attitude that's been filling the air in this country lately.

Their country is so overpopulated that unchecked migration would cause mass migration, putting a severe strain on our social safety nets.
