i have 8month old baby,she has less iron content,what food i will give for her to increase iron content.?

    Don't do anything radical. The best thing is breast-feeding. If this is not possible go to your local pharmacy and explain the problem. I am sure they will be able to advise of a product suitable for your baby.

    Prosobee and enfamil (as well as many others) have iron fortified formula in both soy and milk based. Gerber also makes iron fortified cereal for infants. Here is a site that should help:

    spinach is the best source of iron. u cld give the baby spinach juice
