When your asking a question on this can put it to a vote and vote best answer?

I'm not sure I understand your question. The person who asks the question (you in this case) can either choose the best answer or put it to a vote.

yeah but you have to wait 24 hours like the first guy said. also it can end in a tie that really stinks cuz they leave it on longer and the tie almost never gets resolved.

you have to wait a day b4 you can do anything other than revising it
