    I would probably stretch because while you sleep your muscles relax and you yawn to loosen your self up. This is a very good stretch. Stand with your legs in an "A" or an upside down V and extend one leg fully and then lean putting pressure on the other as if you were a track racer on their mark in position but you are alinged face foward. Oops outta time im in school ill finish this later

    dancin to the footloose song..wakes me up every morning..great song to dance to..and u dont have to have rhythm.
