How would a common citizen envoke a investigation into large incorperated sports being fixed to who wins?

IE the super bowl and the poor officiating that it seems all of the world except pittsburgh fans seems to be saying that the fix was in. so how do we get congress or the us magistrate to investigate?

Update:

and im not here for rebuffs from steelers fans i am asking a serious question, what i have found on my own is anyone can call for a congessional investigation or register a complaint with the local U.S. Magistrate. so if you think referees are "dirty" then write your congressmen and US Magistrate...i did ;)

There is nothing legally that you can do.

Bad calls are a part of the game. If it goes your way we are not having this conversation.

I am a Florida Gator fan and we never should have beat Vanderbilt last year, but we did because of a terrible call on a celebration penalty! It is just part of the game. You have to roll with the punches.

I was for Seattle, but there was plenty of mistakes on their half that cost them the game as much as that holding penalty did.

    OK for the last time....

A push is a defender fully extending his arm to gain an advantage over the defender. Jackson's arm was fully extended....Good Call bad timing

Video Replay must provide UNDISPUTIBLE evidence to overturn an on-feild ruling. What made that play stand was the fact that although you "know" where the ball was, you still can not determine wether he was over or not before the hit....

    Good Call

Now the below the waist thing....

    Bad Call

    The holding peanalty.....

    Really bad call

But what about Jeramy Stevens "not fumble"

or the fact that Rothlisberger was blocked in the back on the int. return.

Or Shaun Alexander not showing up at all.

Poor Clock management at the close of the game and 1st half.

Hasselback throwing 2 passes out of bounds (inside the 20).

Allowing Big Ben the time to throw a 60 yd pass to Hines Ward.

The 2 missed tackles on the longest run in Super Bowl history.......

And last but not least Josh Brown missed 2 FG's

The only thing that needs to be investigated is the fact that Seattle was not playing at Super Bowl speed. To be frank you can say every Super Bowl has been fixed if you are the losing team.
