My wife found a pattern online that said free for personal use but you have to pay me $10.00 for the right to sell the item. But the person admitted to taking an actual product and reverse engineering it. So what I want to know does this person have the right to sell the rights to sell homemade items of a product she copied? also my wife uses a different material had made it dual purpose and added a pouch. does she have to pay this person ? thank you in advance. a couple of years ago my wife met this sleazebag in a game she plays http://www.myspace.com/lovabletroll . he was permanantly kicked of for his lewed behevior to females of all ages. she said she was unhappy... i asked her to give me a chance...she promised me she would cut all ties with him and try...well it is 2 years later and she has been carrying on with him all this time and again says im unhappy .. not saying she was still online and on phone with this jerk.. so i feel she never gave me any chance to save our marriage "what do you think?" I still love her with all my heart and let her know this...

and asked her once again ..can we try to fix this...she says she dont know... PS i have given her everything possible she asked for including 4 trips to see her father before he passed away from cancer...believe me it hurt us financially to do so...then i took her down for her fathers funeral to say her final good byes.. I did my part but she didnt do hers, what would you do?

would it be concidered suicide to stop taking them?

Ok i had to travel this week to a funeral 3rd cancer victim i knew in1 month.. but here is the catch ..fuel in Cheyenne $2.89 a gallon ..next stop Limon $2.34 a gallon ..next Kansas $ 2.13 a gallon.. a relative from arkansas came through Tulsa and got gas for under $2.00 .. so who is screweing us? i know a person that works in a refinery... says oil prices coming in to the refinery havent changed in over a year..all still about the same..and who do we complain to? deaf ears of our local republican polititons..give me a break welcome the Dictator republic of america. ps Exxon posted 80 billion in profits and are in the process of buying out all conoco retailers in the NW ..just some info to make you go hmmm

Ok yes #1 i am a Seahawks fan and yes i watched the game ..now the lions made 5 tackles by helmet 1 was caught and 3 were not that were helmet to helmet. yes there was a really close one called against the Seahawks too but really it was a facemask to body tackle.. then i see a play with the Chiefs QB getting nailed Helmet to helmet and injured with no penalty? and just now a cowboy did it too but he got caught..any comments? does this yet prove more that the refs need to be held accountable?

on the highway my engine blows all the oil out of the top of the motor. i mean there is oil down the valve cover and all over the motor...not burned and my engine dont smoke it runs clean..i have changed all my vacume lines and pcv valve...please help
