The food has nothing to do with it. Some people just gain weight more quicker than others.

I don't know about anyone else, but I eat anything I want.
I calculated approximately 4,000 calories/day. A couple of bowls of cereal for weekday breakfast, a couple of sandwiches, fruit and yogurt for lunch, and on a good day, a whole large pizza at the evening meal.
Of course, a large portion of that is burned during exercise. It's not quite a "reverse metabolism", but bordering on that.

I am 5'11" and I weight 138. I always eat whatever i want but in small portions and about 5 meals a day. This really is a great diet and keeps my matabolism high.

I would have to say (your not skinny right?) but I have a lot of skinny friends ( I'm more like a middem my self)and believe me my frinds can eat! it also depends in their mutabulisume

it depends on why they're skinny. they could be skinny because of there parents or because they are anorexic
