Eat whatever, but in smaller portions. Cut back on sugars and carbs those are loaded with calories. Don't eat unless you are hungry. If you snack choose veggies w/ dip, baked chips, or lite popcorn instead of candy. Plus, throw in some exercise during the week. If you are trying to lose weight, try to fill up on veggies w/o butter and cheese on them, or fruits. And try to do some sort of exercise for at least 30 minutes most days of the week.

I am NOT skinny, but I am thin and I eat anything I want, but definately in small portions. I try not to over do it, as well. I also exercise 3-4 times a week for at least 20 min each time.

I get thinner when I make sure to eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables (at least 6 servings a day), drank a lot of water or other low calorie fluids, and limit the amount of cheese I eat. Fruits and vegetables are naturally high in fiber, which leads to good digestive health... good digestive health can really help trigger weight loss, particularly if you retain fluids.

Im skinny too and eat anything I want but I dont drink sodas or eat alot of sugar I love water and fruit juices I want at least be somewhat healthy

I have never met a fat Vegetarian. However, I have never known one to have very good color or stamina either.

for breakfast they eat Bread and water.
for lunch they eat Bread and water.
for dinner they eat Bread, grass, and water.
for desert they eat crackers and water.
