What's the difference between chow mein and lo mein?

I know one is soft noodles and the other is crisp, but I always forget which is which.

    Lo mein is soft. Chow mein is crunchy.

    Same noodles, the difference is in the way they are prepared.

    chow mein are tossed in the wok with oil, and lo mein are done with a broth.

    Chow mein is done with just vegetables, lo mein is noodles with vegetables with or without poultry or seafood.
