Currently, Yahoo! Answers is available in three languages: U.S. English (this site), Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional). We wouldn't be surprised if more languages became available during the next few months.
To make sure that everyone's able to communicate well, the U.S. site only allows English-language content. Speakers of English as a second language are welcome to post; as long as their content conforms with the Community Guidelines (http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_... ), we're fine with imperfect grammar or spelling.

I think other languages would be great for those of us who need to stretch our minds, but unfortunately YA Community Guidelines require English as the language of questions and answers (Content Rule #8).
