If all the birds died off, what would happen to the ecosystem?

    Lots of bad crap would happen. Fish and bugs would increase in numbers... whatever eats birds would decrease in numbers.... but my car would stay cleaner so you might be onto something there!

    I don't know what would happen to the ecosystem, but I do know from a lot of reading that I have done that the birds are the survivors, it's the ocean that we end up ruining,and everything in it(too many oil spills etc.).

    I wouldn't have to wash crap off my car, and then the run off wouldn't drain to the ocean, which kills the fish. So by not having birds we are saving the fish.
