Alcohol freezes at a much, much lower temp than water. You can't do it with a home freezer. Before distilling was invented, they would put shallow pans of wine ouside at night in the winter and throw off the ice in the morning. The water froze and it was removed. The alcohol content went up by comparison. It became something close to brandy. They called it 'winter wine'.
I have heard of scientists playing practical jokes using liquid nitrogen to freeze booze into solid cubes like ice cubes. They gave them to friends who thought they were just having a coke with ice and as the cubes melted they got drunk, but don't try that at home.

Yes--liquor is a liquid, and all liquids freeze. Maybe not at the same temps., but they all freeze.

If the liquor in question is soley alcohol, the answer would be no, it does not freeze.
