Call her name and reward her when she comes! Do it all the time. From across the yard, from inside the house, from across the room. Then pet her and make over her. You can give treats. Just make coming to you a wonderful thing, and she will come.

The easiest way is to use two people. You at one end and your helper at the other end. Sit or squat about 10 feet apart. Take turns telling the dog to come. Say "Bowser, come." When the dog comes to the person calling, they should reward the dog with treats and lovin' and then have the other person say "Bowser, come." repeat this as many times as possible. Your dog has a certain attention span so don't go overboard with training time.
Reinforce this exercise by calling your dog in the same manner when you want him to come. It is important to always use the same command for the same action. Always say the dog's name before giving a command to insure they understand you are talking to them. Getting your dog's attention is the first step in training to do anything.
Remember, your dog does not understand the words you use they only associate the command word with the action desired and the tone of your voice when you give the command.

Make them sit. With cut up hot dogs as treats (special Treats) then call them. Repeat for half hour. Take a time out. Also do this before you feed them, so that they are hungry. That is how I did all of my training--sitting, fetching, to come just about anything. Also if you have a backyard you can train them to go in the spot.

Start with your dog on a leash. Enthustiastically call him to you, giving a little tug on the leash if he doesn't listen right away. Once he gets to you, praise him and give him a treat. Once he is good at that, start using a longer training lead (10-15 ft). Every so often when your dog is playing in the house, etc, call him to you and reward him when he listens.
I like your avatar. :-) Cute!

a dog treat in your hand normally works but call her/his name when doing so and use the word here

After you teach her to sit and stay, use food as a reward to come to you from a sti/stay.
