john basdow is an *** he goes to my gym he is one of the rudest and non-communicative people ever. i was doing some light lifting as a warm up and he comes over and says to me "get off and let a real man exercise" i hate that dick and he dosent follow his own exersises. but to answer ur question no hes not help ful if ur looking to lose weight do tae bo

I think he's annoying. I hate getting that stupid "fitness made simple" song from his commercial stuck in my head.

I think his commercials are highly anoying but I think any exercise is helpful.
