In the sense that they refer to a single God, yes. Allah means "the One."

Islam, Judaism and Christianity have common roots.

No the christian god created the world, Allah was a prophet a human who was supposed to be spoken to by God, God was never called a person but a higher spirtual being. Allah lived in i believe Egypt where he helped create the Muslim religion

God and Allah have both written many pages. God did it through dozens of authors over many centuries, and the words never contradict each other. Allah, however, supposedly gave one man words, which contradict each other all over the place. They are not even close to the same person.

Here is one obvious reason: God said "This is my beloved Son, in which I am well pleased" when Jesus was getting baptized. Allah said that Jesus was not the son of God. Jesus said that those who trust in Him (aka Christians) would have eternal life, and Allah promotes killing all Christians. I have already been praying for you that God can show you His ultimate authority as Creator and Comforter!!

No... though all people and all creation is under ONE God, Muslims do not believe in the same God as the Christians and Jews do. The Christian/Jewish God calls Jews "Chosen Ones" and Christians "Adopted Children" or "Engrafted Branches... "Allah" teaches that Jews and Christians are friends of Satan and should be put to death.... How can this be the same God?

Yes, they are the same God. Islam, Judaism, and Christianity all stem from Abraham in the bible. In fact, all three religions contain forms of the Old Testament in their holy books. The Muslims come from Haggar, the maid that Abraham had a child with and sent away. Because she had a child with Abraham, God told her that she would be granted a land for her people and they would be blessed.

The reason they are all different now is because Jesus was born and Christians believed that he was the second comming of God, while 500 years later Mohammad the Prophet appeared and taught his people the words of Gabriel the Angel whom he met in a cave and whom instructed him to write what is now the Koran. Jews do not believe in either and believe in only one God, not a second coming.

Allah is common word used by Arabs to refer God. Even non jews and non christians use the same word. Name of father of prophet is Abdullah meaning "Slave of Allah"

You can see الله(Allah in Arabic) in

    Arabic bible Genesis 1st verse

    http://www.arabicbible.com/bible/ot/gen/1.htm

and also in Quran sura fathiha first verse

    http://www.sacred-texts.com/isl/quran/00101.htm

Christians consider Jesus as son of Allah or God but Muslims don't believe that and consider his as only a Prophet.

Yes the common roots come from the patriarch Abraham. I recently read a book on Kabbalah (which is a Hebrew word that means - to receive). It is the universal technology that operates beyond the 5 senses and once I started using this stuff its plain to see how connected we all really are.. And how lost we can get without looking beyond what we perceive with the 5 senses...

    Wrong answer.

Allah was the head of many gods in a Pagan Pre-Islam religion and Muhammed eliminated all gods from that religion except for Allah.

    Furthermore Allah is also satan.

Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are the three major monotheistic faiths; monotheistic meaning belief in one deity, as opposed to polytheism and dualism. Obviously, there are doctrinal differences and differing customs and traditions. Then again, there are divisions and doctrinal differences within each of these faiths, too. So, i would agree with those who would say a question like this cannot be answered, at least not a simple answer.
