Well I have a Thinkpad 570 and a removable CDrom and I can not get it to boot my CDROM on start up?
I have no floppy for this computer and it does not come with one

Ok well on my computer I have to hit F1 do enter the bios menue and I have moved it up.. but notthing happend. my cdrom works it just dont want to boot first...
Well I just did tech support and for some reason they said that I need to buy a flopy or a docking station for it to do bootup but thanks for all the help

If the BIOS is set to boot to the CD first, then the Hard Drive and it is still not working then you may have to set the time delay (30-60 seconds) on the boot menu screen. This would also be an option in the BIOS. This allows the CD to spin up and be read so the system doesn't boot the hard disk.

you have to enter at startup to the bios setup by pressing the del button on startup in the bios menu you have to choose something like boot menu and then choose your cdrom before your hard drive

Be sure that your system BIOS detected the CDROM drive before you try booting up there.
