All right let me first off by thanking you for reading/answering this question.

Now I take a multi vitamin that has Vitamin A 3,600 UL (29% as Beta Carotene) Now I was wondering if I could take a beta carotene pill once a day too that has 25,000UL (100% as Beta Carotene) The only reason Im asking is Im worried about Vitamin A poisoning. No im kind of confused because my Beta Carotene bottle says it only produces Vitamin A when its needed.... So should I like take my multi Vitamin in morning and beta carotene at night??? or is taking both a risk? Im 21 going to be 22, I have 13% body fat and I have been working out (and will continue to work out ^_^) I dont smoke and Im not a drinker (ok Ill go out and drink 2-3 times a year lol wooo me i know im a dork but I kind of respect my body or try to lmao....)

So is this safe? Thanks for any help you can give me. Its greatly appreciated!!!!!

Ok I have used the HOST file to block some websites, but instead of the defult page were it comes back as the page is not responding or something I want to make a custom page that way its easy for every one else to tell if I blocked it or if the page is not working. I know how to 'map' the page so i can take myspace to yahoo home. but I want to make a custom page. and I know that if i use a free hosting site it links to there home page and not my page. So is there a way to make a file have an IP address that is on my pc??? or is there a way to link the 127.0.0.1 to a html page saved on the pc???

I have a few questions, my first is will an unlocked phone get better reception (more bars) I have att and love it but there are a few places were i loose signal and I would really like to get it there. I know unlocking the phone lets you put a different company's sim card in your phone. but I wanted to know if unlocking my phone will get better reception.

On that note. If i use an unlocked phone is there any added charges? I have free roaming so thats not an issue.

I know that theres cellphone terminals in that area because my phone goes to E911 mode.. meaning i can use it only to make 911 calls ..

LOL i dont know how else to explain it I hope you can help with that..

my last question is, if you get your phone unlocked (threw att ) does it void out any warranties you may have???

Hello All,

I am asking your opinion. Do think that all Libraries should have to follow the ESRB Ratings? I often see kids getting movies that are Rated 'R' and they may only be 13 or so years old! Or games that are Rated 'M' at 12 or 13 also!!!

Now Stores have policies that prevent this from happing, so shouldn’t the library have to follow that same polices.

[Why get in trouble trying to buy a rated M game, or get in trouble for trying to sneak in to a rated R movie. when you can just go to the library and get it your self with out any consequences or problems.]

I hope you can see were I am coming form. LOVE Libraries, in fact I don’t know what I would do with out mine! I just don’t want the kids of are future (and there’s) seeing things they are not ready for! Things are rated for a reason! I also know that Kids the age of 10 can go to Rated 'R' Movies WITH AN ADULT!!!!

Should the library beable to let the kids get movies that the parents might not want them to see!

I have some questions about diets and workouts. I am trying to turn some of my fat into muscle, I have about 19% body fat and I would like to cut that down some! What exercises work best, I would like to work on my stomach! I know that crunches are great, but I don’t think I am doing them correctly because my back seems to hurt! I mean I feel the burn in my abs but it also hurts in my back. So that is why I don’t think I’m doing them correctly!

What kind of foods and drinks should eat and avoid!

Will coffee or tea hurt in any way in what I am trying to accomplish?

I drink my coffee, with 2 tsp of sugar and 1 tsp creamer, witch is about 30 cals.

And a gain I would love some different exercises, They don’t all have to deal with my stomach, I want to have a healthy body!!!!!
