Sounds crazy, but have you seen opera singers chests? Think about it. And it can help with swimming & other exercise too!
Don't take any hormones or medicines or whatnot without consulting a physician, it's just not worth messing up your health later. Exercise can really help a lot of things anyway, so long as you don't try and kill yourself over a couple of days.
And chances are you're the only one who thinks you're out of proportion, don't be too picky with yourself - taking care of yourself & pride in your appearance is one thing, constantly beating yourself down is another.

You should try a variety of upper boddy workouts. You will increase overall size that way. Doing just one kind of excercise, such as bench press or push-ups will only work certain muscles in your chest region.

ok heres the deal girls do like guys with small chests alot of girls do! but if you insist on a larger chest heres some simple steps
1. eating healthy
2.exercise (pushups, jogging, dancing (believe it or not)
3. selfconfidence!

Working out would certainly help you gain whatever muscle/size you want. Ask around some local gyms and see if there are some personal trainers that can show you some fitness machines that can help.

Jogging will help, as it will cause you to breather deeper.
A combination of push-ups (or bench presses) and back exercises (rowing, pull-ups, shrugs) will help develop your chest and back...which will force your frame to adjust to a bigger mass.
Finally, swimming will help. It will force you to control your breathing, and hold your breathe for longer periods.
These will all train your body to develop your breath power and stamina.

i think u should work out more. try doing push ups. if u want to do a lot of push ups then join ROTC. trust me. i am in it and when i first joined, i wasn't as muscular as i am now.

bench pressing wont hurt but if you want to add size try andro human growth hormone its available in most nutrition stores
