Setting up my printer to be shared?

I have a computer running Windows Server 2003 hooked up to a LiskSys router that has both cable and wireless network connections enabled (it is connected with a Cat5 cable). The router allows me to share my internet connection between the server, a separate desktop, and a laptop. I would like to hook my printer up to the tower running Server 2003 (I can do this and it will print from this machine already) but then I would like to set it up to be shared across the network, so that I can print from my laptop which connects to the network wirelessly. The Laptop runs Windows XP. What steps would I need to take to accomplish this task? Thanks!

Update:

I tried to set this up yesterday and I wasn't able to see my server from my laptop. I'm not sure why not, but I got through sharing the printer and everything from online tutorials, but then I could not detect it from the laptop. Any ideas?

    To share the printer...

On the server, hit Start, Settings, Printers and Faxes. Right click on the printer you wish to share and hit Sharing...

From there just answer the questions.

The printer should show up on the other computers. If it doesn't, then go to each of the other computers and browse the server. Hit Start, Run and type this in...

    \\SERVERNAME

Of course replace "SERVERNAME" with the computer name of your server. When you hit Enter, you'll see a list of shares on that computer, including the printer. Just right-click on it and hit Connect.

The easiest fix is to get a network printer server. Linksys makes several that cost about $50. Try finding the PPSX1 or the PPSUW (the only difference is the first is wired, the other is wireless).

    Check out www.practicallynetworked.com

They have step by step instructions explaining exactly what you want to do. It's really not a difficult task, but they could explain it better than I can in a few minutes.

    GOod luck!
